Minuit a Paris
Paris in the morning is beautiful. Paris in the afternoon is charming. Paris in the evening is enchanting. But Paris after midnight ……is MAGIC!
I’m not a big fan of Woody Allens movies but I liked “Vicky Christina Barcelona”, "You Will Meet A Tall Dark Stranger" and yesterday I went and saw “Midnight in Paris” , a movie I’ve been waiting to see since last summer when I heard about their shootings in Paris :-) The movie was pure magic! Can’t imagne someone else doing it better where F.Scott and Pablo Picasso, Salvador Dali, are all in the same movie. Woody Allen really managed to pick up all the beauty of Paris in this movie and once again I felt lucky I’m living in this magical city. The movie was funny and very entertaining and I loved it even though the ending was a bit abrupt.

The movie was good, but there was something missing...
I don't know exactly, maybe some more action. I think there were too many boring scenes.
Though it was entertaining. I loved the begining but around the middle of the movie I wasnt paying that much attention. The graphics were amazing !!!! I saw it tonight in numeric 3D and wow you can tell they put money on special effects!!! The face of Jeff Bridges was outstanding !
And the music from Daft Punk of course! I didn't like the fact that they showed them like 3 or 4 times in a scene. I mean if your a real Daft Punk fan you can recognize them in 1 shot. But come on 4 times? lol
That's way too commercial. Anyways it was good so go check it out!

Black Swan
Sweet & Innocent VS Naughty and filthy Wow!!!!
This drama is excellent but I guess some people will hate it. It's really special... with some delirium scenes that are kind of uncomfortable ....
Anyway, Natalie Portman's acting was amazing and the music was captivating .
A ballet dancer wins the lead in "Swan Lake" and is perfect for the role of the delicate White Swan - Princess Odette - but slowly loses her mind as she becomes more and more like Odile the Black Swan, daughter of an evil magician.
This drama is excellent but I guess some people will hate it. It's really special... with some delirium scenes that are kind of uncomfortable ....

For those who love classical music and ballet you should go for it.

Im so excited to watch this movie!
Ten years have passed, and Sidney Prescott, who has put herself back together thanks in part to her writing, is visited by the Ghostface Killer.
I'm not a real fan of scary movies, last week I saw Paranormal Activity 2 and got me the goosebumps.
Anyways Scream has been one of my first scary movie that I was allowed to watch when I was 12 or something like that.
I love the story, the characters and the suspense too.

SALT Movie Premiere in Paris
I got tickets for the movie premiere of Salt so I went yesterday to see the movie and Angelina Jolie came with the cast to say hi.
The movie is basically a mix of Enemy of State (Tony Scott) with a women lol
It will only be released next week in France (yeah... always at last), anyways it was really good, a lot of action, it never stops!! And I gotta say that Angelina Jolie played very well and just rocked the screen! Everyone was screaming DAMN all the time lol
I heard she did most of her stunts too...
The movie was not entirely predictable which is pretty much what I like in movies, some scenes were not realistic but it was really entertaining ! The audience was shouting it was fun lol
Sorry for the bad quality but it was crowded and I couldn't take close ups pictures...
Anyways go see it coz its the real deal!

one of the best movies i've seen so far! i will go see it again this week I guess...
I don't even really know what to say about it but, the story is freaking amazing, the actors play so good, the music is wow, and the scenes are beautiful, special effects too. I mean everything.

Movies of the week
I know I keep killing myself with movies all the time but I'm loving it! When you go out from work or a sunday afternoon with your friends; it feels so good! Especially when you can see great movies like the ones that I was lucky to see this week and the week before!

I saw the movie Precious, and WOW it was emotionally really tuff!!!
The story is amazing, the characters are great, especially the hot male nurse played by mr Kravitz <3 haha
but the movie was so sad!
I did not cry but really, thinking about what Precious went throught her life is scary!!! Poor girl; but you can admire how strong she is and how she is not giving up on her dreams!
Alice In Wonderland ❤
Wednesday nigth I rushed at the movie theater with my friends to meet up with Alice =) it was a fun movie; a bit weird, just like every Tim Burton movie!
The story was way different from the Disney Cartoon but it was interesting.
Of course there was a lot of fun! I really liked the part of Anne Hathaway playing the White Queen lol (hilarious) and the beautiful smiling cat (wow soooo beautiful; i loved the way he disapears all the time)
Well, when it comes to Johnny Depp, I didn't really liked his part, he was way better in Pirates of the Caribbean but in Alice =/ (to my mind he did a little too much)

Maybe because I thought it was a little too dumb, I have no idea, I didn't liked it that much.
Of course Sandra Bullock in a psycho female was cool to see but...
Bradley Cooper was cool too but you could tell that the play was not natural...

Last but not least a french comedy, l'Arnacoeur which bretty much deals with a guy who has for mission to make other couples break-up.
It was really funny; a bit predictable on some jokes but cool though!
I had a good time.

Okay so I saw 3 movies this week, and I gotta say that 2 of the 3 were good!
Bad Lieutenant ❤ ❤
Let's start with Bad Lieutenant - Port Call of New Orleans starring Nicolas Cage, Val Kilmer, Eva Mendes and former rapper Xzibit.
That movie was really special, the story was very interesting, just like the old action movies from the 80's-90's! Dark police story with all the drugs, corruption and murder drama! It was special because I showed us the real deal! Crazy people lol! Anyways I'm not gonna tell the story but the movie was cool, funny, and Nicolas Cage is a great actor in his role.

OMG the most stupid movie I've ever saw, everything is SO PREDICTABLE
the story sucks, the actors actually suck too, even if Ethan Hawke, Sam Neil and Willem Dafoe were part of the cast lol! All the blood mad me sick, the weird scenes, the dialogues were OMG so ridiculous.
Sorry but I really thought it was a wack movie. Oh, and I forgot, the END! hahahaha LMAO, the end had no end! they didn't even found a solution to that crazy story. Anyways, I should keep your money for that one..

A very beautiful movie with Brendan Fraser and Harrison Ford, what actually pleased me with that one is that it was based from a true story =) Wow that movie makes you think about how you would react if you were seated on someone else's seat. A story of a father doing anything he can, taking risks for his family. And fortunately success. Of course it was a little too perfect but it was nice! I like the character of Harrison Ford, really funny old scientific lol! You guys should go see that one!

Wonderland Everywhere
Alice in Wonderland was among us these days in Paris, the Parisian departement store were decorated with colors; bunnies and cool stuff that made think about the movie, I found really cute the gourmet lounge of the famous LaDuree turned into a magical lounge in the theme of Alice in Wonderland!! Adorable =) They even payed a tribute to Alexander McQueen who recently passed away. I didn't got into the lounge to taste the macarons but I guess they created some special ones for the occasion and it all looked yummy

Okay so I got really really scared watching Wolfman, I dunno why LOL! This thing got me SO NERVOUS like crazy!
anyways, I also saw Nine which was kinda cool but got me thinking about a bad version of Chicago (one of my favorite movies) And I didnt like Fergie and Nicole Kidman in that movie, still Penelope Cruz and Kate Hudson were amazing!
What else... Nothing special, I guess tomorrow I'll go out to see SHUTTER ISLAND!! I'm so excited about this movie! I love Leo DiCaprio he plays SO DAMN GOOD!!!!! And it's a Scorcese movie so it means everything lol!
I am finally getting my unlimited movie-pass so I can go anytime and almost everywhere I want to the movies for only 20 box per month!
Ticket's prices have increased so much I have to get one!
I'm also going to see Valentine's day this week =)
hopefully I won't be disappointed..

I dunno why but I think Benicio Del Toro is really sexy, I love his voice lol, I believe he is really charismatic
Also I really liked the movie Wolf with Jack Nicholson back in the days so.. you know I feel like going to see that one =)

Another Peter Jackson movie, a must-see I guess.. An amazing story, sad but realistic, I fell in love with the movie trailer so I guess the movie is as good at its preview, also I like Mark Whalberg as an actor so... We'll see =)
